Promoting Positivity in the Beauty Industry

The cosmetics industry should be held accountable for the impact they have on society. They have a responsibility to spread positivity where negativity persists. As we all do. The beauty industry and the corporations behind them have the power to change this if we, the people continue to speak out.

Social media platforms are the new fashion magazines of the day, affecting the hearts and minds of the masses. They have had such a huge impact on the way we perceive ourselves. Many companies are working campaigns that are promoting positive change, but a toxic environment still exists.

Let’s open the conversation. How can we as consumers promote change? How can we make a difference?

e.l.f. Cosmetics is a company that takes it’s social impact very seriously. It is the first cosmetics company to do anything of this scope when it comes to social impact & making change.
